In our region - Balkans(Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Macedonia, Romania....) Microsof don't sell anything. Sales in Bulgaria pass through 2 local distributors which sell packages. Find in Korea local distributor or Certified Dealer of Microsoft. Usualy most of Microsoft Certified Partners who have Microsoft Sales Specialist sign a Dealer agreement. They can deliver everything.
Usually delivery take us 45 days.
