For "a)" part there are a lot of sites which hold resumes.
For "b)" part there are available position
I ask Michel a few times except available position in other part of site to create a part were some companies or members can post contracting job or projects. There are project which have to be done faster and companies with limited resources can expand for a time till end of projects.
This part can be supported and member to pay some fee to UT. Michel explain that idea is good, but they couldn't afford to do immediately.
