When you open NA 200(x) you'll have a button 'liveupdate' and a button 'options'.
Inside the options you'll have some entries 'system', 'internet', 'others'. Script blocking is among 'system' the second entry (in my NA it is second :-).
Deactivate it and it'll run.

Norton says: 'this option is to recognize new viruses due to their patterns'
but i think, if you keep your antivirus-updates up to date you won't need this option.
