Either one. The Windows Script Host apparently isn't installed. It's a Windows Add-on for Win95 (which, BTW, is no longer supported by MS). Beginning with Win98 it was an optional component (not sure about Me). It's an integral part of the OS beginning with Win2K. For further details, go to

The first article will give you the details of determining whether or not it's installed and how to install it (among other things).
