First of all, posting a message in the Contrats and agreements category is about related topics and contrats and agreements. That is not to post job. If such message is in there, we'll have to move it in Chatter of the VFP forum.

I don't know what you mean by putting a descripton in a message. When you create a job entry, you have all the necessary fields in there.
