No it is not, but the setup wizard was not very good either when you wanted to push it beyond its limits.

I think MS just wants to get out of the setup business and Install Shield Express is just the straw that will push us all over to buying the full version of install shield.

The problem with install shield is that for beginners it is very overwhelming and requires a lot of experimenting to get things down right.

For my side of things Install Shield Express may force my users into doing some manual uninstall of VFP 6 exe and install VFP 7 exe. As I get the impression that the old way of install is not compatible with the new way. I am about to find that out for myself in a few days.
