For C#, I have found a really cool editor at http://www.c-point.com

With CSharpEd you can easyly edit and compile C# code using the .NET framework Beta 2.

I cant compare this with Visual Studio because I never see VS .NET.

But it's a really good editor to put your hand on the C# langage.
