I believe this is a typical South American thought. If we need to identify 'A FACE' for most of the problems here (at south america). Certainly, this is one of the main cause of ours problems.

How can we get any progress with that ?

Here in Brazil specifically, all the old habits that we get from our relatives like: Researchs, Studies, Schools... They are being changed for other like: Be a soccer player or Rock/Samba's star or Model...

There is many of Teachers, Lawyers, Docs, Engineers.. That receive less than US$ 200 per month.

Dear sirs, can any one tell me what kind of future is under construction right now ?
