I'm not familiar with VET. Are your clients using in with the equivalent of "check each file as you open it" or with that turned off?

We are coming to the conclusion that we will have to set up some kind of lab to test the interactions of these things in the various configurations of our products and the anti-virus products, so we can offer the best possible answers to the client who can change anti-virus products and those who can't (corporate purchase, etc.)
