Have you checked all of the Options settings on both ends? I don't recall off the top of my head if there is one that'll allow you to reboot a Win95 client from pcA. You can always whip up a little exe that'll make the Windows shutdown API call and put that on the client. I use the pview.exe from VS to be able to remotely kill processes on a Win95 client.
