Use the COPY command. If you want compression, use RUN with your favorite compression program, like WinZIP, WinRAR, PowerArchiver, etc.; the manual should state command-line parameters. See my Download #
9991, "Automated Backup", to automate this. Note that you will still need an external compression program.
