Hi Guys

How would you go about clearing out the File 1, 2, 3, 4, Command
in Visual Basic. I believe it is also refered to as the filelist
which are the dynamically changing menu items that appear between
the "Make Project Group" and "Exit" menu-items of the file menu.

Also how can I clear out the recent list that appears when you open
up the open dialog box and click on the recent tab.
