Hi,

Any recommendations/ideas/warnings regarding Bug/Defect tracking software? I'm ideally looking for something that does the following:

1 - Web based or at least strong web access
2 - strong work flow/approval assignment capability
3 - integration with MS Project (or it's own project management built in)
4 - customizable
5 - works with SQL Server/IIS

We're looking at tTrack from TeamShare pretty heavily. It seems to be very good and fit the bill on all 5 items, but it is very expensive (at least for us - 15K-20K)

Any comments on tTrack or any products in this category?
