Thanks for the suggesstions. About the View Designer will it be so forgiving that at time if I come back again and again to add newer , remove tables. My little experience with it wasn't very good where the table design is still under works or am I wrong.

>Use select - sql statements to join the data before reporting. Do not use reports data-environment. You can use predefined view for joining tables too.
