It's easy to understand this situation for south american countries (We were always known as: The 'developing countries'). But, for your country. About some years was the most powerful in the earth.

Where is that culture, I meant, Where is the education created by that system ?

I know that their people somehow, are paying the bills for some sins in the past (government's sins). But, the population (I suppose) was educated at good schools.

Are that Marx's socialist system so destructive like that ?
