This doesn't make sense... is the form that you have the viewer on set to be closeable?

The viewer has many properties. Make sure EnableExportButton is true on the views. Also, if you are using the runtime files, there are additional ones you will need to export to certain formats, check out the runtime help, the extra components section to make sure you have those support files on your PC.
