I'm having problems installing a COM+ proxy application on a workstation. The error says "Error registering COM+ application. Contact your support personnel for more information."

I though it might be a security-related problem but I was able to successfully install the application on a different computer using the same login domain account with admin rights. All machines: Windows2000 SP2. Anybody experience this problem that has a solution? TIA.
