Yes, the other options work fine. Only the HTML option brings up the error. Interestingly, the Code listed in error seems to be the most recent cursor opened. So for example if I run the Print Preview for the report and then do the Print to HTML, the error is File does not exist, and the Code shows the SQL view run for the Print Preview for the report data.
