All the editor has to be able to do is store the two images. I worked for awhile in trying to duplicate the process that the Imagedit.exe allows you to do. Namely, shrink the icon. Unfortunately, I've yet to be able to do that part, but as for storing two icons of different sizes, it isn't terribly difficult.
