>IAC, how am I being irrational?
By saying silly things. The logic that you've been sitting on lately is very flawed, especially when you have to make up stuff like "Seems to me that if VFP is still being omitted from lists, not much has changed" to just satisfy the bull shit you've been coming up with. Or perhaps you really believe that, who knows.
Secondly, you obvisoully take some pride in being the center of attention, and at the same time, you go out of your way to associate yourself with the "in" crowd. Not every one care's about their reputation that much, much less yours.
No doubt you're campaign is well thought out. Fortunatly, you didn't have to do any of the thinking, Microsoft took care of that be building VS.NET, a great tool. But to all of a sudden make sweeping generalizations about what everyone else should be doing? I thought you were the self proclaimed voice of reason spouting "every tool has its place", and "it all depends on the specific situation"? Why the change of pace? Whats with the "if you don't use the latest and greatest tool you suck" attitude?
I think it boils down to personal issues and motives as opposed to the reasoning. I could be wrong.
And don't give Evan or Steve a hard time about answering your questions. You run away from the hard ones too.
