I have a suggestion for all UTers in this situation.

1. Complete your profile (like if it was a CV)
2. Include a clue in your signature like "currently looking for a job"
3. Respond to questions with all your knowledge
4. Be active on the forum

May be somebody will see that you are knowledgable AND available.
And ... who knows?
