>I don't know the exact number of people that receive the MSDN Flash newsletter, but I think it is over 500,000 people. Also, you should note that I did absolutely nothing (no email, no discussions) with anyone at Microsoft relative to both this MSDN Flash newsletter and the
http://microsoft.com home page listing SP1 for VFP 7.0. Both these things were done by teams within Microsoft working to do more to gain more sales and exposure of VFP 7.0 world wide, mostly due to my past and continued marketing efforts within Microsoft which I do along with my general VFP marketing efforts. You will be seeing more listings and mentions of VFP 7.0 on microsoft.com web sites and in newsletters from Microsoft ongoing.
I know you've been working to promote VFP within Microsoft itself, as well as marketing it to the rest of the world. It appears these efforts are already beginning to bear fruit. IMO the increased exposure for VFP has been outstanding since you got there, and I trust this will be reflected in the sales figures. Keep up the good work, Ken.
