Looks like it was fixed, thanks. I thought the "pre" command was working perfectly before -- and you know what happens when you mess around with perfection: you get less than perfection!. Actually, I am sure you had good reasons to change the behaviour of the "pre" commands -- I just need to go off and read your explanantions on the home page.
