Daniel,

Have you tried only using the image parameter? I'm pretty sure if the filename has JPG as the extension you don't need anything else. You may be using some parameter values that are not compatible with the version of the OCX that ships with Win98. CompressionInfo=64 is not a valid value in the help file on my Win98 box.
