What is your problem?
Suggestions:
1. You cannot at all install the development IDE of the VFP on that machine. You suppose that Microsoft Installer (this is what InstallShield uses with his packages) does not work correctly.

2. You cannot deploy your own VFP7 application (the VFP runtimes can not be installed properly)

3. You cannot make an InstallShield Package - you cannot run InstallShield, or it runs with errors
