thanks for the answer Nick, i now i can open a dbf via USE ... but in the mere mortal framework exist a builder for drop the tables for make the business object, the saturday i need dev an app really quick but i can´t do this job with the MM because when i try to add a free table this don´t work, the cursor is added to dataenvironment but the path of the cursor don´t save, when try to modify the property of cursor save the cursor property with h.dbf, probably Kevin dont see this trouble because all people with this framework work with the views in the DBCs where work great!, i can fix myself but in the next version of MM i probably overwrite with the new version.

i know i can work this free table , only what this dont work in the User interface way!

anyway, i do this job without the MM using hard coding :), please Kevin take note of this issue.

Best Regards

>Don't know what kind of problem can be with MM framework, but typically you can open the table manually when needed, and work with any Fox 2.X free tables from VFP with no problems. If you do not add the table to the database or modify structure of this table in VFP, it will keep the original Fox 2.x structure.
