Scott,

Select the Column, column1 as example, where your placing the checkbox. Drag the checkbox on the column. Reselect column1 and set the following properties:

1. Sparse to .F. (Checkbox visable on all rows of column1)
2. Current control = checkbox1

Checkbox icon is now be visible on one row in column1. At run time, checkbox1 will appear in all rows of column1.
