Anyone else having problems accessing the UT Downloads?

I clicked on Downloads this morning and nothing. Tried jobs as well with the same result. The only event to occur was the appearance of a horizonal slider bar at the bottom of the screen but nothing to the right when the bar moved and nothing at the top the form when the vertical slider moved.
