We are using VFP 6.0 sp3 with MM 6.1. I'll let you know when we track it down.

>Hi Dan, we are experiencing a "Fatal Exception Error" on exiting our app, but it only happens occassionaly. You may be seeing the same error and the file is the errorlog that it can't find when trying to write out the error. Are you using VFP 7.0? MM Framework 6.1?
