My wife and I went to Chicago for Christmas and ate at Gino's East. I was great and it is tempting to place a mail order. Actually, my wife is from the south side of Chicago and has FedEx'ed a pizza from her favorite spot. The Uno's chain is not good for pizza and their crust taste like a biscuit.

>>>I don't know if there's one in the San Antonio area (there used to be one in Atlanta), but look around town for a place named "Uno's". Uno's started out in Chicago, and now are a nation wide chain. Tom mentioned one in his area, and I know of a couple down around Orlando, FL. Anyway, I think that Roma's has a web site and ships it, but I can't find the URL. However, try http://www.loumalnatis.com/

>>I don't think there is one here. I've eaten at Pizzeria Uno (and Due) in Chicago many times, and I think I would have sniffed one out the minute it arrived here. There was one in West Los Angeles when I lived there, but it just wasn't the same as Chicago -- terrible sauce. It didn't survive.

>How about Gino's East? They're pretty much considered to be right up there with Uno's and Due's. They ship too. Go to www.ginoseast.com.

>As for Roma's, that's for another Chicago favorite that's really hard to find anywhere outisde the area: Italian Beef Sandwichs. There is a place near here (Guido's Hot Dogs on Barrett Parkway) that's not bad, but not great.
