When using the WebBrowser control in Win NT4 with IE4, 5, or 5.5 ...

The BeforeNavigate2 event doesn't fire when the user clicks on a link inside the control.

This event does fire in Win2k, with all versions of IE. Has anyone noticed this before? Or have an idea for a work around?

The only methods that I have found that do fire in WINNT are downloadbegin, propertychange, and downloadcomplete. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
