Hello, I am very new to the whole concept of SQL.
I thought there was a way to return only 100,000 at a time with MS SQL?
The problem is related to running a report in Crystal. It times out.

What I would like it to do is run the report but only return 5,000 to 10,000 records at a time not the whole 500,000 records. Ofcourse after time it would report the entire selection of records but not until you request more data by clicking to the next page or by printing..
Does anyone know if MS Sql has this option or am i dreaming?
