One of the requirements for a new system that I'm working on is context-sensitive help that launches an intranet page. I understand the basics on creating HTML help, but need advice on setting it up 'truly' online. I basically need all the functionality of the CHM, but on an intranet site instead.

How would I map the F1 key to launch a default page on an intranet? Can I add context-sensitivity?
