You are right, but more profitable is a criminal busines, may be it is one of the reason why Russian economy so criminal.
We have so many Army, Police, government stuff, local authority stuff, that nobody in Russia wants pay taxes in Russia... I can see escape from this situation, but who knows ...
Here is a big problem to be extra - wisdom... -) Big Brother in my country started to watch again...
