It then deletes the report off their server. Files sent and received are zipped. The report that comes back (a zip file) has one or more zipped files inside. We unzip everything and place it in a directory for the provider to view. We use a modem that the user has already defined in the Windows control panel. Is this what you had in mind?

Ken,
That is right... absolutely.

Files: Eligability, Claims, Referral, Xovers, and Remits
We have the functionality using the internet, but as you probably know, 835/837 claims need (HIPPA regulations) to be sent on a secured direct line.

Anything that you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.
