Since this is a top-level form, it can not be modal. After you DO FORM TopLevelForm, you will need a Read Events. In the form Unload, put a CLEAR EVENTS. However, a little more information about what you are doing would be helpful. For example, I have a menu that I add to my TLF, where a have a File, Exit option. This Exit bar has a goApp.AppShutDown() which call my app shutdown method in my goApp object which in turn issues the CLEAR EVENTS.
