Which version, specifically, are you using (check out the cVersion property of your application class to find out for sure).

At any rate, in the latest version of the Framework, the cParentBizObj property of the CGroupFormAccessCntrls class is set to: User. This is in line with the upgrade instructions that discuss the updating of the Users Form.
