KONxiSE does not ask for a password or seed encryption. It simply compresses the exe file. I assume that since the compression technique is propriety that it provides some difficulty for someone to decompress / decompile it. Possibly even each compress has some random factor built into it? The exact nature of this issue would need to be referred to XiTech themselves. I found Oliver Daeche and Justin very helpful.
