Hi Bill,

Don't confuse project and Database container. A project does not "contain" views, a "Database Container" contains views. To define a persistant view:

1. Open the respective Database Container ( open database ... )
   
2. Modify Data
   
3. Using the menu, add local view.
   
4. Define your view
   

This should enable you to create a persistant view which you can access anytime the Database is open.
