You can set the default class and library for new forms through the Tools->Options menu. Click the Forms tab, Then check the Form checkbox in Template Classes.

Also you can look in the downloads area here for a couple progeys that will let you select an arbritraty class and create a form from that. try "NewForm" and "Form Wizard" as search keys.
