>You guys should check out Dreamweaver UltraDev. There are plenty of ex-Visual InterDev guys who use it now. It's from Macromedia (www.macromedia.com). Yes, I know I just did an evil thing by suggesting a non-MS product. But, it is the market leader and it's easy to use. Not to mentioned a HUGE 3rd party market has grown around it. You can "extend" UD to do just about anything. Besides ASP, UD writes Cold Fusion, PHP, and JSP.

Stephen;

I used Cold Fusion for one project (first version) and liked it as it was heavy into the use of SQL.

Before Dreamweaver UltraDev (I have not used this product but it does sound interesting) I used Dreamweaver (for a professional interface) and added ASP code. It works great and it looks good too. There are so many tools out there so I just use the ones I am required to use (at work) or those that I like (at home). Too bad we cannot afford to use them all and make a choice. I bet we would have different ideas about what tools are best and there would be many reasons for this. :)

I still think Dreamweaver cannot be beat for an interface design tool. Too bad I have to use Visual Interdev (corporate requirement).
