There is no capability to handle post-setup executables with the Limited Edition. However, Jim Saunders (from MS) posted a message in the last 2 or 3 months showing how to open the installer file created by ISE and change it so it will call an EXE of your chossing. You can download a utility called Orca from MS to do it.

Do a search on Jim's messages for it.

The rest of what you need is fairly easy.
