Oh, sorry, I gave you the full path including the file ... if you go to:
http://mirrors.sunsite.dk/postgresql/doc/current
you will see programmer.pdf listed, along with other interesting files. If you were using Konqueror and had a mime to the Adobe Reader, or one of the other Linux pdf readers, it would have opened automatically.
