Thanks for the answer -- I _knew_ there had to be a way do it in VFP! <g> I wasn't opening up the scx files in the class browser.

>If you open all the class libraries (VCX files) that relates to the class you are going to rename (all VCXs containing subclasses of that class), then the Class Browser will properly rename all subclasses and object instances in those VCXs. If you have SCX forms using classes/objects of the class being renamed, open those SCXs in the Class Browser when you do the renaming of the class also.
