Seems I've solved the problem. I'm running my form directly in VFP when I'm getting the error, when I build the app into .exe and run it, the error is gone. not sure what really caused it.. thanks again for your help on the formula problem ...btw, do you know any good references/books on integrating VFP & Crystal ?
