I highly value your comments. However, it is not necessary to forward a copy to every person who ever participated in a thread. It seems to me you are doing exactly that, and many members here in the UT have already complained that they receive too many messages this way.

The general consensus seems to be that if a member wants to keep track of a certain thread, he or she will rather do it in the messages area, instead of receiving lots of "CC:" in inbox.

I suggest you restrict the "Forward a copy" option to some very specific cases, like: thanking all members (once only) for their contributions, in a thread you started, or sending a clarification to specific members.
