You will have to check at least two times with some internet sites to have the real atomic time and compare the difference in the intervals. If your watch was in adavnce the first time and the interval reduce, your watch was speedy otherwise your watch was slow. On the other hand, If your watch was not in adavnce the first time and the interval reduce, your watch was slow otherwise your watch was speedy. Anyway, how do you think I can answer the question about your watch without knowing what time is it in the first place or if you do not give me your watch to do some testing on it?
