You must think I'm a pain now but, I found and ran the install and it still won't load the document.

I went back and ran all the available "convertions" but still no good.

Maybe there's something in my code that's problematic.

This is frustrating because any new pc's we buy will be Win XP OS with the Win XP Office suite and I've got many forms using this same type of process.

I thought Crystal Reports was the way to go but this is worrisome if I can't get it to work.
