After making .exe (make sure you put new higher version number in Project/Properties/Make - this is necessary to upgrade old version!), create standard installation by using Package & Deployment Wizard. P&DW will create necessary files, which you need to deploy on intranet/internet site. Deployment may be done by using P&DW/Deployment part.
