What is your environment? On the server, you'll need IIS5 (windows 2000 or XP, AFAIK), the soap toolkit, and the VP7 runtimes.

Like Charlie said, if you're using the ISAPI listenr, you might wanna try the ASP listener. THe ISAPI one doesn't install correctly automatically, I hear.
